Road tax adjustment in Hungary

Road tax rates in Hungary have been adjusted and will be further increased in 2026.

As of 01.01.26, road tax rates were increased by 4.3%. A further increase of 30.7% will take effect on 01.03.26. These changes affect all transports to Hungary as well as transports transiting through Hungary.
