RTC is Denmark’s leading company in service logistics to end customers – meaning more than just delivering a shipment to an end customer. Our core competencies lie in performing value-creating services at the end customer’s location in connection with the delivery, such as assembling furniture, installing household appliances, or setting up televisions.
Service delivery
We consider all our deliveries as service deliveries. For the end customer, the delivery is more than just a shipment to be received. It is part of some expectations that need to be met in connection with their purchase of a product.
We strive to support the overall experience of the purchase – from the product being bought in a store or online, to it being delivered to the end customer’s home.
For all our service deliveries, the end customer can specify a time interval for the delivery in connection with their purchase, and on the day, the end customer receives a call about 30 minutes before arrival. A process that ensures the best possible experience for the end customer.
Assembly & installation
In connection with our service deliveries, we can perform many different services at the delivery address. The end customer not only gets their product delivered but also made ready for use.
We have extensive experience in installing all types of household appliances and technical devices, assembling furniture and beds, as well as outdoor setups such as trampolines and pools.
Our experienced drivers and installers can perform a wide range of services at the end customers’ locations. We are also happy to participate in the development of new types of services so that our customers can increase their competitiveness and value creation for their end customers.
Return logistics
A natural part of a comprehensive service solution is handling the goods that are returned from the end customers, whether it is complaints, exchanges, or cancellations of a purchase.
We offer to handle the entire process. Both the physical process and the administrative process.
In connection with handling return logistics, we also offer environmentally friendly and responsible disposal of packaging and discarded goods in accordance with applicable legislation. For example, in relation to the WEEE directive.
Goods & warehouse handling
We offer a reliable and efficient delivery process. It requires competent handling and preparation of the goods to be delivered to the end customers. We thoroughly check the goods we receive so that the end customers get the goods they have ordered and in the expected condition.
At our own warehouses, we can store goods for our customers for longer or shorter periods. This provides flexibility and ensures optimal economy in the supply chain. All our warehouse facilities have a high level of security, including video surveillance and alarm systems.
We can perform many different additional services that increase flexibility and the range of service offerings to the end customers. For example, we can offer: Door reversal on refrigerators and freezers, prepare and test technical products before installation, inspect returned goods to determine whether they should be scrapped or can be reused.
IT integration
The backbone of an efficient setup is a streamlined and reliable exchange of information with the fewest possible manual processes.
Therefore, we always strive to create the greatest possible integration and automatic exchange of information between our systems and our customers. We have extensive experience and deep competencies with integrating customers’ ERP systems and various logistics systems.
A prerequisite for getting the full effect of automatic data exchange is that the data quality is very high. Especially the quality of data on delivery addresses is important. Therefore, we offer validation of the data we receive so that any errors can be detected and corrected before the service delivery is attempted.
Do you want to drive for us?
We train the most skilled certified installers, all of whom are specialists in end customer delivery and installation. We offer a package consisting of training, uniforms, spare parts, vehicle leasing, technical aids, etc.
You will be paid for the services performed and get a fixed route in our system. In return, we expect you to be ready to deliver a professional effort every day – and that you will help ensure the best quality for our customers.
We currently have more than 100 vehicles with the RTC logo driving all over Denmark. The fleet mainly consists of aluminum box trucks and trucks (rigid trucks with lift) up to 17 tons. The best vehicles for distributing our customers’ products. We use technical aids wherever possible to minimize heavy lifting as much as possible.
Regardless of which product area you want to work with, we expect you to be 100% customer-focused and able to communicate effortlessly in Danish.
Environmental policy
We strive to minimize the environmental impact by using the best available technology and the fewest possible resources within our environmental, technical, and economic scope.
Employees are informed and motivated to act in accordance with the company’s environmental policy, and all relevant employees are involved in environmental work to comply with applicable legislation and occupational health and safety regulations.
There will be an open dialogue about environmental issues, both internally and externally, and suppliers are encouraged to deliver quality and environmentally sound products and services.

RTC Transport A/S is part of NTG Nordic Transport Group A/S, which offers all types of logistic services.

RTC has been collaborating with POWER (formerly Punkt1 and Expert chains) since 2006. RTC and POWER have developed and continue to develop the most efficient product and order flow possible. When customers in POWER stores or on POWER.DK want to have their product delivered/installed, they can choose the day and time window for delivery themselves.

ILVA and RTC have been collaborating since April 2011, when RTC took over a large part of the furniture distribution to private customers for ILVA in Denmark. In 2017, all handling was also taken over, so RTC now handles all handling and distribution of furniture, etc., to private customers in Denmark. ILVA’s customers, both in stores and online, can choose the day and time for delivery themselves. This ensures minimal inconvenience for ILVA’s customers. RTC and ILVA have jointly developed various assembly services so that customers can avoid the hassle of assembling the furniture themselves.

Bolia.com and RTC have been collaborating since 2017. RTC performs service deliveries to Bolia.com’s customers throughout Denmark. RTC handles the entire data and goods flow from the goods being shipped from central warehouses to being service delivered to the customer.

GRAM and RTC have been collaborating since 2017. RTC delivers and installs household appliances for GRAM’s business projects throughout Denmark – primarily in connection with new construction and renovation projects of properties.

JYSK and RTC have been collaborating since December 2016, when RTC took over all furniture distribution to private customers for JYSK in Denmark. JYSK’s customers, both in stores and online, can choose the day and time for delivery themselves. This ensures minimal inconvenience for JYSK’s customers. Due to JYSK’s very advanced warehouse facilities in Uldum and full integration with RTC, the lead time from purchase to delivery can be very short, meaning customers can get their goods quickly.

Customer service is open every weekday from 9 am to 8 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm. The distribution center in Brøndby is open every weekday from 10 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.
Whistleblowing
At RTC Transport A/S, we conduct business according to ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We encourage anyone with serious concerns they wish to report to use our whistleblower scheme. Here you can report confidentially and, if desired, anonymously.
What should you report?
Our whistleblower scheme is only intended for reporting suspicions of misconduct or irregularities, such as dishonest, illegal, or negligent activity or behavior. The scheme should not be used for customer complaints or matters related to personal disagreements.
