<\/span><\/p>\n*The position is located in the U.S. or Mexico. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\nKey Responsibilities <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\nQuoting & Pricing (Air and ground only) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\nPrepare accurate, timely, and profitable quotes.<\/li>\n Ensure all rate data, accessorial, surcharges, and assumptions are clearly documented and entered correctly into internal systems.<\/li>\n Analyze alternative routings, transit times, and service levels when pricing to best meet customer requirements.<\/li>\n Maintain marginal performance with strong awareness of pricing strategies and Company expectations. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nOperations & Shipment Management <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\nManage shipments from booking through final delivery, with full ownership of execution. <\/span><\/li>\nEnsure all operational data is entered timely, accurately and completely at every shipment milestone.<\/li>\n Monitor shipments closely and proactively address delays, exceptions, or changes. <\/span><\/li>\nContinuously keep customers informed with the latest shipment status, transit updates.<\/li>\n Provide alternative solutions, including pricing, to mitigate impact of disruptions or to meet client changing needs. <\/span><\/li>\nPrepare, review, and submit accurate international shipping documentation. <\/span><\/li>\nEnsure documentation data matches system entries and customer instructions exactly, preventing delays, fines, and billing errors.<\/li>\n Maintain compliance with all regulatory, carrier, Customer and internal procedures. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nBilling & Financial Accountability <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\nEnsure clean, accurate, and timely billing, supported by correct system data and documentation.<\/li>\n Validate vendor costs and resolve discrepancies quickly. <\/span><\/li>\nResponsibility for job profitability and financial accuracy from pricing through final invoice. <\/span><\/li>\nUnderstand how data quality directly impacts revenue, cost control, and customer satisfaction. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nCustomer Communication & Service Excellence <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. <\/span><\/li>\nProvide timely, clear, and proactive communication, including shipment milestones, changes, and potential risks.<\/li>\n Set expectations early and update customers as conditions evolve. <\/span><\/li>\nOffer creative, practical solutions and alternatives that align with customer priorities such as cost, transit time, and reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nBusiness Growth & Continuous Improvement <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve: Data quality and operational accuracy <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\nCustomer experience and responsiveness <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\nProfitability and cost efficiency <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\nActively contribute ideas to improve processes, systems, and service offerings. <\/span><\/li>\nSupport customer retention and growth through dependable execution and value-added service. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nQualifications & Experience <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n2\u20135+ years of experience in international freight forwarding, with strong exposure to air and ocean services.<\/li>\n Proven experience handling quoting, operations, documentation, and billing.<\/li>\n Solid understanding of Incoterms, international logistics workflows, and carrier practices preferred. <\/span><\/li>\nExperience in a fast-paced international freight forwarding environment preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nSkills & Competencies <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\nExceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. <\/span><\/li>\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability. <\/span><\/li>\nProactive communicator who keeps customers and leadership informed. <\/span><\/li>\nStrong organizational and time-management skills. <\/span><\/li>\nCommercial awareness with a focus on profitability. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"If you\u2019re looking for the next step in your supply […]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":17,"featured_media":21312,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[432],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-21309","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-ntg-supply-chain-solutions"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t\n\t
