focusing on data
Supply chain optimization based on data and a holistic approach
When we work to optimize a supply chain, we start by focusing on data.
Our team analyses each customer’s individual supply chain, along with any goals or KPIs that are important to their organization. Then we focus on the supply chain as a whole to identify areas of improvement.
We provide a third-party perspective that highlights otherwise unseen areas for significant cost savings and emissions reductions.
Logistics optimization
Program-based consolidations that help optimize logistics spend
Program-based consolidations that help optimize logistics spend.
Our program-based consolidations deliver spend reductions that offer significant savings when compared to traditional logistics solutions. We do this by utilizing two distinct strategies:
Buyer’s Consolidation
Our Buyer’s Consolidation program combines a single client’s shipments from multiple suppliers in a region going to one or multiple client locations to create a consolidated container dedicated to that client. By maximizing the utilization of BCNs, we eliminate individual LCLs and reduce the number of containers in the supply chain, resulting in a lower transportation spend.
Shared Consolidation
Our Shared Consolidation program combines shipments from multiple clients with similar commodities. By eliminating individual LCLs, our clients can expect better visibility, shorter transport time, and lower transportation spend. They also enjoy the flexibility to pay for only the space they use.

As an extension of your team, we provide a comprehensive range of supply chain management solutions, carefully tailored to meet your organization’s specific needs and objectives.
