We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a gold medal in the Ecovadis sustainability assessment. Ecovadis is the largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings.

The gold medal means we are in the top 5% of all evaluated companies in the past 12 months. Overall Ecovadis has assessed 130,000+ companies globally since its launch. Ecovadis assessment is based on four themes: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.

Some of the strengths recognized in the assessment were related to following policies, actions and results:

• Quantitative objectives and policies on energy consumption & GHG’s
• Modernization of fleet to reduce air pollutants and use of optimization software to improve efficiency
• Reduction of carbon emissions in transportation and specific actions to avoid road congestion
• Purchase and/or generation of renewable energy
• Reporting with GRI Universal standards
• United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) endorsement
• ISO 14001 certification

This award reflects the strong quality of NTG’s sustainability management and underlines our commitment to the sustainability journey.
