{"id":3433,"date":"2019-01-04T10:08:46","date_gmt":"2019-01-04T10:08:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ntgcontinent.com\/?p=3433"},"modified":"2019-01-04T10:08:46","modified_gmt":"2019-01-04T10:08:46","slug":"brexit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/country.ntg.com\/da-en\/brexit\/","title":{"rendered":"BREXIT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Som bekendt har Storbritannien valgt at forlade den Europ\u00e6iske Union, hvilket er sat til at ske den 29. marts 2019.<\/p>\n<p>EU og Storbritannien har forhandlet om en s\u00e5kaldt \u201dskilsmisseaftale\u201d som i grove tr\u00e6k regulerer, hvordan samarbejdet mellem EU og Storbritannien skal foreg\u00e5 i tiden efter den 29. marts 2019 og indtil en endelig aftale, om det fremtidige samarbejde er forhandlet f\u00e6rdig.<\/p>\n<p>Denne skilsmisseaftale indeb\u00e6rer blandt andet, at Storbritannien forbliver en del af det indre marked og den Europ\u00e6iske Toldunion, hvilket betyder at samhandlen mellem EU og Storbritannien kan forts\u00e6tte u\u00e6ndret, indtil der foreligger en endelig samhandelsaftale.<\/p>\n<p>Da det britiske parlament endnu ikke har godkendt aftalen, er det dog fortsat usikkert, om Storbritannien kan forblive en del af det indre marked og den Europ\u00e6iske Toldunion.<\/p>\n<p>Skulle det britiske parlament v\u00e6lge ikke at godkende den foreliggende aftale, kan\u00a0det\u00a0i yderste konsekvens\u00a0medf\u00f8re at Storbritannien fra og med den 30. marts 2019 vil f\u00e5 status som tredjeland. Dette\u00a0kan medf\u00f8re, at varer\u00a0der er k\u00f8bt i Storbritannien skal indfortoldes i Danmark (EU) og eventuelt bliver belagt med importtold.
