{"id":3223,"date":"2018-06-25T18:48:25","date_gmt":"2018-06-25T18:48:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ntgcontinent.com\/?p=3223"},"modified":"2018-06-25T18:48:25","modified_gmt":"2018-06-25T18:48:25","slug":"german-roadtax-maut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/country.ntg.com\/da-en\/german-roadtax-maut\/","title":{"rendered":"German road tax (Maut)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As from July 1<sup>st<\/sup> german road network subject to toll for trucks (Maut) will be significantly extended. 40.000 km of federal roads will be applied to the existing 15.000 km.<\/p>\n<p>This increase means, that road tax is currently charged on all highways and as something new on all federal roads (state roads).<\/p>\n<p>Since the extension of the road network subject to road tolls will be\u00a0significantly, as mentioned above, it will cause a cost increase on transport services to and from Germany. For this reason, we will unfortunately be forced to raise our road tax supplement on affected transports as from July 1st.
